Ken's transformation update

Ken has continued to work hard at his lifestyle changes and transformation and is doing a GREAT JOB!! We're posting this a bit late (he is almost due for another update), but here are Ken's latest stats:

Ken is still working on eating 5-6 smaller meals throughout the day, and continues taking his protein supplement post workout and in the evening. Since Ken is on a 500 (est) calorie surplus per day, he is on target to gain approx 2-4 lbs for every two weeks, although we expect this to fluctuate.
He is still working on basic compound moves such as barbell bench press, deadlifts, squats, and lat pulldowns. These encourage growth of all the major muscle groups in the body, and are great at building up stabilizers and overall muscle mass. We have setup a very specific training regimen avoiding isolation exercises for the time being and will continue to change his program slightly to avoid homeostasis and early plateaus.
