No matter what size actresses are, their legs always look long, slender, and lovely when you see them on TV or at the movies. Celebrity trainer Gina Lombardi is sharing the secrets of the stars. Here’s how you can get the leggy look, too:
Buddha Lunges
- Begin with your feet together.
- Put your right foot forward, keeping your back straight.
- Bend your knees until your right knee forms a 90-degree angle.
- Hold this position for a five-count, then push back with your right leg and return to standing with your feet together.
Repeat this exercise 12 times on each side. Once you grow more comfortable with it, increase your reps by 3 until you are doing 24 on each side. You can even add hand weights for increased resistance. The move requires a great deal of energy, which will help those legs get ready for swimsuit season!
