I have lost another pound of FAT. woohoo! I guess all that cardio is finally paying off. I am still having a hard time giving up my cheater treats, and a good night's sleep is hard to find around here. Once I can get a solid night's sleep, I am sure the body fat will peel off a lot quicker. But it's nice to be getting some vascularity back, and it's nice to have looser pants :-) My strength training is still just doing one body part per day. I still feel pretty weak from the training layoff I had there for a while after our baby daughter was born, but the training is coming together again. Oh and now that the nice weather is coming back, it's hard to stay inside!! CYA!
