Well I have been focusing more on the one bodypart per day regimen for strength training and it seems to be workout out pretty good. I think given my hectic work schedule and time crunches this is the best way to get through my anatomical adaptation phase and get back into decent training condition.
In some respects you seem to get a better workout because you can focus all of your energies on one bodypart. You don't have to "save anything" for when you switch to shoulders or whatever second or third body part you may have been working on that day. For the first time in a long time my biceps actually were sore after my workout.
Another 1lb of bodyfat is gone too, so I am super pleased about that. It's going to be a long haul cutting this time though, so I can't get too excited yet.
