Grrr... I am getting really frustrated. I really need to be working out more, but finding the time is just impossible lately. I manage to get in some (about 1hr) cardio every day, but my strength training is totally in the toilet. I don't know why it's so hard to find the time, but I guess when you are starting a new company and have a new baby, it's pretty tough.
The catch-22 is that I NEED to strength train to lose bodyfat and not muscle mass. Much of the research I have read suggests that cardio w/o strength training is a recipe for losing muscle mass, and I really don't want to see all the gains I made last year disappear.
I think I might have to just split up my routine so I do some strength training when I get up and then the cario mid morning or after lunch like I have been doing. Thankfully, it's getting sunnier here all the time, so I'll be more motivated to exercise. For some problem I have a hard time getting motivated to strength train when the weather is cloudy.
