My Little Work Out Practise (3)

Today I went to wrestleing after school and did 2 heavy duty laps, a whole bunch of different roles and some piggy backs and stuff. I learned wrestleing moves for the rest of the time and then afterwards I lifted some weights for ten minutes, I also did my little work out practise. Here are the latest results:

Push-ups: 18
Crunches: 1(didnt look behind me and hit my head on my guitar and was too mad to continue)

Last work out:

Feb. 21 , 2007
Push-ups: 18
Crunches: 60
