I worked out again today here is what i do:
Im working with 30 pounds.
And ive gone from three reps. to four.
15 leg lifts
15 bench presses (for the first and third rep i do wide grip and for the second and fourth rep i do close grip)
15 leg curles
15 arm curles
And then at the end i do 130 crunches plus a one hundred
And i do this every second day

Took A Little Brake

Since no one has blogged in the last week, i guess i will. I went on a little spring brake for a week and haven't trained. I will start again tomorrow. But Start small so i can get back in the groove. And will continue blogging from there.
A Little More!!

It had been about two weeks since i started weight training... what i did:
12 bench presses
12 arm curls(done with a feature on the weight bench)
12 Leg lifts(also done with a feature on the bench)
12 Leg curls(again done with a feature on the bench)
For two weeks every second day plus 130 crunches and a 100.
I have noticed more muscle forming on me already especially my abs but also on my arms and legs..
Starting Weight Training

Last weekend I bought myself a weight bench and finally bought some weights on Saturday. And Today I starting a weight training routine...here it is...
I'm working with 30 pounds:
12 bench presses
12 arm curls(done with a feature on the weight bench)
12 Leg lifts(also done with a feature on the bench)
12 Leg curls(again done with a feature on the bench)
I repeat this 3 times taking a little break in between each. I work out every second day.
Plus at the end I do 130 crunches to work on my abs.

Lately I HAVE been working out but I havent been able to beat my score, here is my best score:
Push-ups: 35
Crunches: 130
So all i do no is to do 35 push-ups and hopefully beat it and keep on working on my abs:> and im buying my weight bench soon and when i start my weight training i will DEFINATLY blog.
Been Too Tiired and Bussy

To anyone who has been following my blog which isn't many I'm sorry I haven't blogged in a while. I've been way too tired and busy too do any working out between wrestling and snowboarding and basketball, but i hope to catch up this weekend. And again next week i wont get too far because i have three basketball games in a row, on the 6ht 7th and 8th :S All been placed that close between but thats off topic. Anyways sorry for any delay and i hope to continue blogging soon. :-)
Took a Little Break..

This weekend I did not do my little work out, instead I took a "little Break". But I did get in some exercise, Lots of snow shoveling, the building of snow skate things, and walking around the house and a bit more I cant think of right now... But I'll get a good nights sleep tonight and continue doing my little work out practice throughout the week.

Today I went to wrestleing after school and did 2 heavy duty laps, a whole bunch of different roles and some piggy backs and stuff. I learned wrestleing moves for the rest of the time and then afterwards I lifted some weights for ten minutes, I also did my little work out practise. Here are the latest results:

Today again I did my little work out of Push-ups and Sit-ups after I got home form my Basketball Game. I seem to have met my goal so far and beat each score by a little. Here are the Records:

Also after I finish each work out I try to attempt a "100".. so far I havent been able to do one but I can get a little over half of one done. :)
My Little Work Out Practise

Recently I have started to work out. Since I don't have any equipment yet, I just do Push-ups and Crunches. I turn on some music, run on the exercise bike for a couple minutes to warm up, stretch and then start the little exercise. My goal is to beat my score everytime I do this little workout. Here are my records so far:
