I keep forgeting to post, I'll get the hang of this soon! I was hoping that keeping track of my exercise routine would motivate me to work out regularly...
I'm finding it hard to stay on top of my strength training and pilates. I've been doing cardio regularly. Most days I do between 45-90 mins. usually walking in hilly areas. I'm finding that by the time I'm done cardio though I'm often too tired and unmotivated to do strength training.
Coupled with an infant who has never slept through the night once since she was born (she's almost 7 months old now and wakes up an average of twice per night), and napping very rarely, I'm starting to get exhausted.
I'm making it my goal to nap at least a couple of times a week so that I have more energy to exercise.
Not to say that I haven't made any gains...I'm still at my starting weight, but am in much better cardio shape, and look a bit thinner. For my next post I'll take my "before" weight and measurements and see if they change any over the next little while.
Anyway, going for a walk now! :)
